Control of high accuracy in an unprotected, non-air-conditioned production environment

Scanflash^® uses the method of correction relative to a physical reference part. This multi-point calibration process is processed by the DIAPASON software in order to apply to :
- points acquired on the measurement rules
- points acquired directly on the probes

Making measurements more reliable and impervious to environmental fluctuations

Re-calibration at a specified frequency and correction of measurements according to temperature variations in the workshop are managed by the DIAPASON software.

A warning procedure informs the operator of the action to be taken in order to maintain the reliability of the readings.
