The part inspection is associated with a dedicated pallet that has specific tools for positioning the part and for carrying out the multi-point measurement : inductive or (and) pneumatic probes. The measurements of points in space are taken on the axes of the Scanflash^® machine by programming.

Changing between series of parts is carried out by replacing the pallet

The time needed to convert a Scanflash^® measuring machine for a new series of parts to be inspected is no more than 5 minutes. The linking systems are grouped together and secured.
