From the simplicity of operator dialogue to openness to ERP systems

The control system of the Scanflash^®  measuring machine uses a conversational and intuitive language that is accessible to operators with a minimum of training. The programming, correction, re-calibration and drift-monitoring functions can be parameterised and are secured by levels of access. The DIAPASON software allows users to analyse drift according to changes in the different production parameters. It allows results to be displayed as a block diagram, activity logs to be provided and inspection reports to be issued.

The DIAPASON software operates on a PC base that is open to the main communication protocols: upstream towards the CAM or downstream for traceability management. It integrates into an ERP environment.
